Brought this a few months ago due to reading horror stories about the tops of the OEM stick dropping off! The BEST360 stick is screwed on making it much safer. Mine unfortunately fell apart but after reading all the reviews my case is very much the exception - it happens to the best of them but this is where the company deserves the five stars I gave them.
